The goal is to create loyalty between HRS and its customers, envisioning a Prime-like system for business travelers with superior benefits and services.
BUSINESS UNIT
POSITION
As an Online Marketing Manager (SEA), you will be responsible for operational campaign management, including setting up and optimizing campaigns with appropriate target audiences and bidding strategies. This role serves as a crucial interface between customer needs and business partners, collaborating closely with data and marketing teams.
CHALLENGE
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning and execution of performance and branding SEA campaigns.
- Use data and performance KPIs to build effective targeting strategies.
- Lead customer segment creation using audience data.
- Monitor competition and identify new traffic generation and performance improvement approaches.
- Maintain and monitor bids, account metrics, and run tests to optimize performance.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on key metrics and SEA initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to manage and optimize target audiences.
- Work with the creative team to develop new ad content based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure effective cross-channel strategy and customer journeys.

- University degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in creating dashboards for metrics reporting.
- Experience in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record in planning, executing, and delivering marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics.
- Fluency in English and German.
