EIFER seeks a student for an internship position (m/f/d) with the title "Assistant Research Software Developer".
Start: as soon as possible
Duration: max. 6 months (compulsory internship)
Weekly working hours: 39.5
Remuneration: 560€ monthly
Responsibilities
* Improve existing front-end code base
* Learn to build intuitive web interfaces to accommodate user requirements
* Build compatible software with modern cloud architecture
Requirements
* Currently enrolled as a University student
preferred study subjects: Computer Science, Software Engineering.
* Comfortable in web programming (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
* Base knowledge of the web framework VUE would be a plus.
* Understanding of Git version control.
* Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a willingness to submit code for review and actively incorporate feedback.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Interest in energy research and sustainability.
