What You’ll Do
* Shape and lead DNTOX’s corporate strategy
* Provide leadership at executive level and integrate science with business
* Lead and develop our interdisciplinary scientific and technical team
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GLP)
* Develop and maintain strategic initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations
* Support licensing, and financing activities
Who You Are
* PhD in life sciences, medicine, or a related field
* Several years of experience in leadership, ideally in industrial research or a start‑up environment
* Knowledge in new approach methodologies with focus on toxicology is a plus
* Strategic thinker, visionary, and decisive leader
* Excellent communicator, team player, and collaborator
* Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher)
