Location: One of Carrier’s key manufacturing hubs in Europe (Germany – Frankfurt/Allendorf, France – Lyon/ Montluel, or Poland – Wrocław /Legnica), with flexibility across other major European locations.
As Director Supplier Quality & Development (SQ&D), you will lead and transform a best-in-class supplier quality function across Carrier Climate Solutions Europe.
A key focus is reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), ensuring reliable supplier delivery, and implementing transparent, data-driven performance management.
Operating at a regional level, you will lead supplier development programs, manage critical escalations, and establish strong governance and standardized processes across all regions. You will act as a key partner to Procurement, R&D, and Operations, ensuring supplier performance is embedded across sourcing, industrialization, and production.
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
~7+ years of leadership experience in global organizations
~ Structured problem-solving (8D, Six Sigma)
~ Global supply chain quality management
~ Data-driven, structured, and analytical mindset
~ Fluent English; French, German, Polish) are a plus
~ Ability to operate effectively in complex, global, matrix organizations
