Job Description
* Develop and implement big creative that drive measurable brand growth
* Translate brand strategy and consumer insights into clear, actionable copy frameworks, messaging playbooks, and tone-of-voice guidelines
* Contribute at every stage of the customer journey: from TVC and OLV storyboards to social, print, UGC, and OOH, website, app, POS, CRM, customer support, ensuring on-brand messaging at every stage of the customer journey
* Spearhead the development and operational rollout of custom AI copy tools (e.g., GPTs), empowering the business to generate brand-compliant, high-quality text efficiently – scaling the creative impact of the team
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ experience in creative concept, copy- and screenwriting for consumer-facing brands with a proven track record of developing high-impact advertising concepts and messages
* Experience translating brand strategy and insights into clear, actionable frameworks, playbooks, and tone-of-voice guidelines
* Strategic mindset with a knack for operational excellence – comfortable making decisions, prioritizing projects, and driving process improvement
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills; ability to inspire and challenge both internal and external partners
* Native-level or fluent English; German or other European languages a plus
