YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
* You design and build cloud-native platforms on AWS using Java and Spring Boot
* You develop AI-powered services that enhance customer interactions using agentic AI principles
* You create robust, event-driven systems and microservices architectures for scalability and resilience
* You collaborate across teams to understand business processes, identifying opportunities for AI-powered automation and customer experience enhancements
* You contribute to team knowledge sharing, code reviews, and maintaining technical documentation

YOUR SKILLS MATTER
* You’ve gained strong experience in Java development skills with experience in Spring Boot, Microservices design, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems like Kafka
* You bring solid knowledge expertise in AI, LLMs, and agentic software development space
* You are familiar with AI/ML tools and APIs and your curiosity let’s you learn every day
* You are hands on able to build scalable, distributed systems that handle high-volume data streams
