Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the efficient operation of delivery stations and specialist centres, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and dispatch.
* Review KPIs and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to drive productivity and operational excellence.
* Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant experience in logistics or data-driven environments.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively.
* Data analysis skills to influence business decisions.
* Advanced proficiency in English and German.
* PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: University degree, experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques, and expertise in using the MS Office suite in a professional environment.
