Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in collecting, organizing, and cleaning various business data (e.g. sales, marketing, customer, operations);
* Support the preparation and maintenance of regular data reports and dashboards to provide insights for business teams;
* Monitor key business indicators, identify trends and potential issues, and contribute optimization suggestions;
* Provide support in data warehouse development or automated reporting tasks;
* Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field;
* Proficient in Excel, and familiar with at least one data visualization tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau);
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with a good business- oriented and problem-solving mentality;
* Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work efficiently in a multitasking environment;
* Experience with accounting system such as DATEV is a plus;
* Good oral and written skills in English and German.
