Your new job includes
As a Sales Coordinator (m/f/d), you will support the ‘Western Europe’ sales team in optimising product group and customer support.
In particular, you will
* work closely with Sales and Category Management to coordinate strategic and operational measures and provide administrative support
* coordinate and process customer enquiries and be responsible for returns, complaints, recalls and delivery deviations in cooperation with Customer Order Management
* ensure the creation, analysis and dispatch of sales reports and the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders
* be responsible for price management, including calculation, checking and communication of price changes as well as the maintenance of the B2B Collaboration Platform
* manage and maintain customer master data and independently process invoices and coordinate receivables management
* organizing and accompanying customer appointments and supporting marketing campaigns
Preferred Profile
* Successfully completed commercial training or a degree as well as initial professional experience in a similar function in a commercial company
* Business fluent in German and very good English skills are important
* Confident handling of the MS Office package and ideally SAP FI, CO and BI
* Strong communication skills, a confident manner and an independent way of working
* Consistent pursuit of your goals, initiative and enthusiasm for your work
* A confident handling of numbers and a good commercial understanding for well-founded decision-making
