Your responsibilities include:
* Define and steer the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
* Build, lead, and empower a high-performing Product team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth.
* Oversee the delivery of new products and enhancements, maintaining high standards in quality, timing, and budget while driving business growth.
* Coordinate product priorities, migrations, and strategic initiatives across business units and project streams to ensure operational excellence.
* Act as a product ambassador, representing the company internally and externally, and strengthening the product culture.
Your profile should include:
* Solid experience in leading product organizations, with deep product management expertise and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
* Proven track record in the technology or payment industry, with a keen sense for market trends and customer needs.
* End-to-end ownership of the product vision—from strategy to delivery and continuous improvement.
* Business acumen combined with a digital mindset to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions.
* Ability to thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments, managing product priorities across international, cross-functional teams.
