Kraftblock GmbH is an innovative B2B greentech company based in Sulzbach, Saar, Germany. We develop modular high-temperature energy storage systems that efficiently harness industrial waste heat and renewable energies – for a sustainable, climate-neutral future.
To expand our marketing and communication's team, we are looking for you – a motivated individual with an interest in strategic communications. You already have some professional experience or can draw on a high degree of practical experience during your training or studies. Our target group is broad, from energy suppliers to vertical industrial sectors, in Germany, Europe, and worldwide. Our marketing is accordingly challenging and varied. Tasks
* You will support us in the strategic implementation of marketing and communication measures with the aim of lead generation and will take on tasks according to your skills digital and analogue.
* You will create targeted product and company materials, such as flyers, brochures, and presentations, and help us communicate clearly and effectively.
* You will curate, organize, and support trade fairs and events with various stakeholders, such as industry, energy, investors, and politics, and support us in project communications.
* You will work with us to develop SEA and efficient advertising and help us generate leads.
* You will gain experience in the energy and industry sectors and support us with content management and social media.
* If you are interested, you can take on our internal communications and take our political communications to the next level .
Requirements
* Interest in strategic B2B communications in the energy and industrial sectors
* Initial professional experience (1-2 years) related to email marketing, SEA, and content marketing, ideally also internationally
* Creativity, initiative, personal responsibility, and a structured approach to work
* Confident use of MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with tools such as Canva or Adobe or video editing is a plus
* Enjoyment of teamwork and the desire to make a difference in a dynamic environment
* Enjoyment of learning new technologies
* Very good English and/or German skills; other language skills are an advantage

Kraftblock entwickelt, berechnet und baut Anlagen für klimaneutrale Prozesswärme in Industrie, Fernwärme und Stromerzeugungsanlagen. Kern der Anlagen ist ein eigens entwickelter thermischer Energiespeicher, der bis zu 1,300°C in nachhaltigem Material speichert. Das Hauptaugenmerk ist die Dekarbonisierung von Energie in Industrien wie Stahl, Glas, Chemie, Keramik und Zement. In Verbindung mit Elektrifizierung und Speicher können fossile Brennstoffe in Industrien wie Lebensmittel und Getränke, Papier, Gummi, Bergbau und viele weitere mit dem Kraftblock-System ersetzt werden. Kraftblock wurde 2014 von Chemiker und Materialwissenschaftler Dr. Martin Schichtel und Ökonomin Dr. Susanne König gegründet.
