Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
1. Plan, manage, and execute regional events aligned with Illumina’s strategic priorities
2. Deliver all aspects of tradeshows and Illumina‑hosted events (face‑to‑face and virtual), covering pre‑event preparation, onsite delivery, and post‑event follow‑up
3. Localiseevent content while ensuring alignment with global brand guidance
Stakeholder Collaboration
4. Partner with Digital Specialists to develop and coordinate digital event assets
5. Provideexpertiseto sales teams and marketing stakeholders on event strategy, execution best practices, and available tools
6. Work closely with the internal creative lab, regionalprogrammemanagers, and sub‑regional marketing partners to align on content and messaging
Vendor & Logistic Management
7. Manage event vendors and ensure compliance with governance and vendor‑management guidelines
8. Coordinatelogisticsfor external presenters, partners, and Illumina staff
9. Oversee all procurement, budgeting, and invoicing associated with events
Performance Tracking & Reporting
10. Capture relevant event data inappropriate systems
11. Track and upload lead data, reporting on performance and event outcomes
12. Analyseevents to inform continuous improvement
