# Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
#5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, sponsorship management, or business development, ideally within the automotive, technology, or consumer electronics sector.
# Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
# Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, communications, and global headquarters teams.
# Excellent communication and presentation skills in an international environment.
# Fluency in English and German required; Mandarin is an advantage.
