As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe’s EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured Legal Intern to support our growing operations in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and review commercial contracts (e.g., sales, distribution, service agreements, NDAs) and related legal documents
* Conduct legal research and prepare corresponding reports or internal memoranda
* Organize, archive, and maintain the company’s legal documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
* Support the legal team in daily operations, including processing legal invoices, and handling other administrative or ad-hoc legal tasks
* Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth progress on legal and compliance matters
What We’re Looking For
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent)
* Excellent proficiency in German and English (working language)
* Optional: proficiency in French or Chinese
* Strong legal writing and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
* Detail-oriented, responsible, with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt
Preferred Profile
* Prior experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
* Interest in technology, automotive, or energy sectors
