Commercial Regional Sourcing Manager, Europe

We are looking for a Commercial Regional Sourcing Manager, to join us as a key driver of strategic sourcing across Europe. In this role, you’ll shape sourcing plans, manage supplier relationships, and lead negotiations that deliver real value across a diverse set of corporate services categories including facilities, general services, marketing, HR, and professional services.
Managing a multimillion-euro budget, you’ll partner with stakeholders across multiple departments, and senior leadership to optimise cost, quality, and efficiency while ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
Responsibilities include:
* Lead and support regional and local sourcing strategies
* Run end-to-end Source-to-Pay activities and drive process improvements
* Manage competitive bidding, negotiate contracts, and deliver measurable savings
* Build strong supplier partnerships and support diverse supplier development
* Conduct market analysis and industry benchmarking
* Influence stakeholders to align with sourcing strategy and best practices
* Support global sourcing projects when needed
Skills and experience:
* Proven buying experience (indirect or direct categories) ideally multi-country.
* Strong negotiation, sourcing strategy, and contract management skills.
* Proven project and change management capabilities.
* Ability to make sound decisions in complex environments.
* Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and suppliers.
* Fluency in English and German. French is also a plus.
* Willingness to travel 15–20%.
