Build and maintain stakeholder maps; run targeted outreach lists with clear next steps. Create investment-grade slides and one-pagers for internal/external use. Months 3–6: Drive project development & sales support Own a project work package end-to-end (timeline, risks, dependencies) and report progress. Co-own a segment of the commercial pipeline. Draft and iterate on commercial documents (NDA/MOU/term sheet) with legal/BD input.
