Build and improve the distribution partner system and improve the distribution and shipment capabilities. Manage stock, promote shipment, and carry out joint marketing.Market insight: Plan the product market landscape, identify bottlenecks and weaknesses in distribution business development, formulate development strategies, and build/optimize distribution business models.Distribution policy: Develop long-, medium-, and short-term growth strategies for distribution products. Design and develop distribution policies, effectively implement them, and promote the development of distribution business.Partner planning: Develop the distribution channel development plan based on the current distribution business situation and development requirements.Sales partner development: Develop gold and silver partners for distribution. Plan, align, and manage business objectives of core partners. Core channel development of competitorsProduct planning: distribution product planning, distribution requirement management, go-to-market promotion, and competition analysisSolution promotion: Organize channel partner enablement and solution promotion.Partner enablement: Drive partners to invest capital, manpower, and capabilities. Develop the target and plan for improving the capabilities of distribution partners, and build the distribution competence center.Marketing activities: Execute joint marketing activities. Execute partner summits and thank-you meetings.
