About the position As an HR & Payroll Specialist, you will take ownership of HR administration and payroll processing within your assigned area of support – such as on- and offboarding, HR data quality, contract creation and management You will ensure accurate and compliant HR operations, support management and employees with a service-oriented mindset, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes within the Dometic Group. The position is based at Dometic Germany HQ in Emsdetten. Please note that during the initial onboarding period, there will be increased travel to Siegen to support local collaboration and training. Your Responsibilities: • Full responsibility for HR administration within your assigned area of support, such as on- and offboarding, HR data quality, contract creation and management • Independent execution of monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. • Preparation, evaluation, and analysis of HR statistics to provide management and leadership with reliable decision-making data. • Active participation in projects related to HR administration or people data within the Dometic Group. • Identification, support, and implementation of continuous improvements and developments in HR and payroll processes.
