Make a big impact—your responsibilities as a Commercial Real Estate Associate (m/f/d) – Focus on SAP Master Data As a UX Research Consultant, you’ll be a valuable member of our Portals & Apps team. The focus here is on our customer portal, user portal, and the BRUdirekt app. In this role, the user experience (UX) takes center stage and includes the following responsibilities: UX Research, Testing, and Validation: Your focus is on planning, setting up, and conducting usability tests. You are responsible for agile UX testing, user research, and qualitative and quantitative evaluations, from which you derive recommendations for action. UX Writing: You regularly gather feedback and identify the needs of our customers. You then plan, write, and optimize the copy for our client and user portals to continuously improve our applications and user interface. Design System & Component Library: You actively contribute to the development and refinement of our design system and maintain a Figma component library to ensure consistent interfaces. Collaboration and Liaison: You will work closely with other UX consultants and regularly exchange ideas with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define design requirements and implement efficient solutions. Workshops and Client Consulting: Another key part of your role involves planning and facilitating workshops focused on defining requirements and developing UX strategies for user-centered solutions. Reaching Your Goals with Expertise – Your Profile Expertise You have completed vocational training or a degree with a focus on media/communication design, web design, UX/UI, or a comparable qualification. In your professional career to date, you have gained at least three years of experience in UX writing/copywriting or similar roles and can demonstrate a strong portfolio of successful projects in German. You have already worked with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. Expertise In your previous roles as a UX researcher, you have repeatedly analyzed and optimized applications, portals, and apps using qualitative and quantitative methods. Based on the portfolio you have provided, we can also gain an impression of your excellent UI and UX knowledge and skills, as well as your understanding of customer wishes and needs. App Copy & UX Writing: You have experience writing and optimizing text for apps—from microcopy and onboarding to push notifications—and ensure that tone, clarity, and user guidance are always of the highest standard.
