Location: USA.We are seeking an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to lead our paid media and CRM/email programs. This role is critical to accelerating our growth engine: you’ll own the strategy and day-to-day execution of our most important acquisition and retention channels. Your focus will be on driving scalable customer acquisition, increasing lifetime value, and building a cohesive, full-funnel experience.This is a senior player-coach role on a lean, agile team.
