Occupational Health and Safety Investigator
This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) investigator. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and implementing measures to prevent occupational health and safety incidents within our global network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct audits and inspections at various locations to promote a proactive safety culture.
* Support the monitoring of corrective actions and safety trends in your area of expertise.
* Making recommendations from investigations to reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence and consequences of safety incidents.
* Providing safety-related information and guidance to support the implementation of our Company OHSMS.
* Conducting psychosocial risk analyses and implementing corrective actions with various stakeholders.
* Contributing to the development of documented processes and procedures for the OHS department.
* Ensuring compliance with OHS requirements on-site using all available communication methods.
Requirements:
* Master's Degree in a related field.
* At least 5-7 years' experience in a Health & Safety department or related field.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
* Knowledge of mental health and psychosocial risk.
* Familiarity with safety management principles and ISO 45001 standard.
* Designated worker certificate Level E (up-to-date).
* Experience in aviation or ISO 45003 standard (advantageous).
* Inquisitive and impartial, able to handle confidential matters.
* Ability to empathize and understand different perspectives.
* Methodical and organized approach to work.
* Project management skills.
* Strong PC knowledge (MS Office and Outlook).
* Fluency in English and French; other languages are an advantage.
* Ability to work with international teams and across time zones.
Working Conditions:
* Based in Luxembourg.
* Travel required.
* Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) may be required upon selection.
