Corporate Officer Role
This is a key position in our organization, responsible for the management of Luxembourg-based companies. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law and be able to provide excellent support to our clients.
The role involves assisting with the onboarding of new companies, overseeing day-to-day management activities, coordinating and managing board meetings, and drafting various corporate legal documents. Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly in English, and knowledge of Italian is a plus. Additionally, proficiency in KYC (Know Your Customer) processes is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with company onboarding and establishing corporate structures
* Overseeing daily management activities related to these companies
* Coordinating and managing board meetings and drafting corporate legal documents
* Communicating with notaries, banks, and Luxembourg authorities
* Preparing bank documentation and due diligence processes
Requirements:
* Diploma in Law or equivalent knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
* 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Knowledge of Italian is a plus
* Proficiency in KYC processes
