Procurement coordination specialist (m/w/d) in sternenfels

Location: Sternenfels Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week


Your Responsibilities:

* Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
* Prepare and send inquiries to suppliers and manage incoming offers
* Monitor order confirmations, delivery schedules, and deadlines to guarantee timely procurement
* Track and complete purchase order processes within the ERP system
* Conduct invoice verification including error analysis and coordinate corrections with suppliers
* Maintain and update master data and systematically archive conformity declarations, contracts, and service reports


Your Profile:

* Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
* Practical experience in procurement or supply chain management is advantageous
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented work approach
* Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
