Leadership Opportunity in Retail Media
This is an exciting chance to lead a strategic transformation project within our Retail Media business, specifically in the DACH region. Our goal is to scale our Retail Media offerings across the DACH area and drive growth through partnerships with suppliers, marketplace sellers, and agencies.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our Retail Media presence across the DACH region.
* We are looking for someone who can build and develop strong relationships with suppliers, marketplace sellers, and agencies to drive mutual success.
* The ideal candidate will have experience leading sales teams through transformative projects, focusing on capability building and enablement.
* This role requires strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Ad Tech, Campaign Management, Data/BI, Procurement, Category & Country Management.
* As a leader, you will also be responsible for driving annual negotiations with partners, taking ownership of executive sponsorships, and ensuring governance and compliance throughout the organization.
* In addition, the successful candidate will develop the Marketplace Seller new-business segment, including identifying new business opportunities, developing outbound plays, and enabling effective offer logic and enablement.
* The Agency Partner Program will also be a key focus area, requiring the development of rate cards, partner tiers, training, co-selling, and joint use cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Owning revenue and pipeline for the DACH region, including forecasting, tiering, deal reviews, and QBRs.
* Driving and steering strategic annual negotiations with partners and taking ownership of executive sponsorships.
* Collaborating closely and cross-functionally with Ad Tech, Campaign Management, Data/BI, Procurement, Category & Country Management.
* Ensuring strong governance and offer discipline with flawless CRM documentation.
* Developing the Marketplace Seller new-business segment, including ICP, outbound plays, offer logic, and enablement.
* Building and managing our Agency Partner Program with rate cards, partner tiers, training, co-selling, and joint use cases.
