We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader Safety to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of safety professionals, developing and implementing safety concepts, building and maintaining strong operational units, and contributing to the evolution of our facility management department.

About the Role: As Team Leader Safety, you will be responsible for leading a team of safety professionals, developing and implementing safety concepts, and building and maintaining strong operational units.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Safety & Services Team, develop safety and security concepts, build and maintain a strong operational unit, contribute to the evolution of the Facility Management department, identify synergies, foster excellent relations, establish and decide on safety and security concepts, supervise periodical controls, develop and maintain excellent relations, raise awareness, train staff, make contributions, drive site conformity, manage budgets, organize and optimize on-call duty, monitor KPIs and report regularly.
