Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Energy Technical Lead to drive growth and excellence across our energy portfolio in Germany.
The role focuses on leading energy projects, organizing and supervising technical delivery, ensuring technical excellence, and developing skills and capabilities within the team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, driving business development activities, and defining project and program delivery strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop AECOM's Energy strategy in Germany
* Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
* Drive business development activities
* Define and execute project and program delivery strategies
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering complex energy projects in Germany
* Strong technical expertise in HV/MV/LV electrical systems
* Engineering degree with specialization in High Voltage Electrical Engineering
* Data Center experience is an advantage
* Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the energy sector
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
