Your seat to fill:
1. Create and provide consumer-relevant product information and product visuals as the foundation for marketing collateral and communication materials
2. Define and refine product USPs, identify compelling “reasons to buy,” and develop product communication tools such as fact sheets, sell-in decks, and e-retail guidelines
3. Continuously review, optimize, and ensure consistency of product communication across internal and external channels and platforms
4. Collaborate proactively and closely with Product Management teams to define key product benefits and positioning strategies for dedicated projects
5. Monitor competitors, market trends, consumer needs, blogs, forums, and web platforms to build and maintain a growing competitive database for CYBEX CS products as a key foundation for positioning and activation strategies
6. Initiate and lead Product Marketing Kick-Off presentations for dedicated products and brief content creation teams on all relevant product features, benefits, and messaging
7. Define, create, and optimize product-related content for various channels, including websites, e-commerce platforms, catalogs, and additional digital and offline touchpoints
8. Act as the main contact person for Customer Support regarding product-related end-consumer inquiries, including the creation of standardized answers, FAQs, and supporting materials
9. Support the handling and communication of design awards, consumer testing results, and award-related marketing campaigns from a product marketing perspective
10. Serve as the go-to contact person for dedicated cross-functional projects involving stakeholders such as Product Management and Go-to-Market teams
11. Work closely with Content Creation, Content Management, and Product Management teams to brief and align on relevant product information and communication priorities
12. Drive and support the continuous improvement and implementation of internal processes, workflows, and system landscapes related to product communication and content management

13. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
14. Proven experience in Product Marketing or similar product-related roles, ideally within consumer goods, juvenile products, lifestyle, or automotive industries
15. Strong ability to translate technical product features into clear, compelling, and consumer-relevant messaging and USPs, with a solid understanding of effective “reasons to buy”
16. Experience creating and managing product communication assets such as fact sheets, sell-in materials, e-commerce content, and retail guidelines
17. Excellent storytelling and content creation skills, with hands-on experience writing product-related content for both digital and offline channels, including websites, e-commerce, and catalogs
18. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and align with Product Management, Content, Marketing, and additional internal teams
19. Experience briefing and steering content production, including product visuals, tutorial videos, and marketing assets within structured asset management environments
20. Analytical mindset with a strong interest in consumer behavior, market developments, and competitive landscapes, including the ability to derive actionable insights for product positioning
21. Structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized working style with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality communication standards
22. Strong communication skills and confidence acting as a reliable contact person for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
23. Affinity for digital ecosystems and e-commerce environments, with a strong understanding of how product content influences consumer engagement and conversion
24. Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, drive initiatives independently, and continuously improve processes and workflows
25. Fluent in English; German is considered a plus
