Das Centre for Humanitarian Action (CHA) sucht ab Mai 2026 eine*n wissenschaftliche*n Referent*in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (50-65%) für das Büro in Berlin-Mitte.
Als unabhängiger Think Tank trägt das CHA zur Analyse, Debatte und Vermittlung von prinzipienorientierter humanitärer Hilfe bei. Dafür kooperieren wir mit Hilfsorganisationen wie deutschen und internationalen Nichtregierungsorganisationen, UN-Agenturen oder Regierungen sowie Akteur*innen der Wissenschaft und Politik.
Tätigkeiten:
* Policy Forschung und Outputs (Präsentationen, Papers, Blogs, Podcasts, Events etc.), besonders im Forschungsbereich Deutsche humanitäre Hilfe.
* Fundraising und Drittmittel Akquise
* Partnership Management
* Administrative Aufgaben
Anforderungen:
* Dienstort Berlin, hohe Präsenz notwendig
* Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, Englisch auf hohem prof. Niveau in Wort und Schrift inkl. Verfassen englischsprachiger Policy Texte
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und internationalen humanitären Hilfe und Entwicklungszusammenarbeit
* Nachweisliche Erfahrungen in der Veröffentlichung von Policy orientierten Forschungspublikationen (Arbeitsproben)
