Job Description
Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product adoption and growth, aligned with business objectivesManage and coordinate cross-functional go-to-market strategies and its implementation for product and feature launchesDefine strategic positioning of our existing and new products in alignment with our overall brand and product strategyEstablish tangible value-propositions and key USPs to sharpen our positioningMake use of data analytics to provide input on user behaviour and segmentation to facilitate data-driven decisions in the product management and marketing teamsConduct competitor and market insights research and capture user feedback to support the product teams in developing the product strategy and feature roadmapOwn your projects and steer them cross-teams including product, content, CRM, brand and creative teamsQualifications
University degree in Business/Management, Marketing, Psychology, Data Analytics, Finance and/or other related fields of studyBe customer-obsessive and passionate about the fintech landscapeStrong organisational skills combined with hands-on project management experience and detail-orientation to deliver on multi-faceted projectsEnjoy working collaboratively across teams and business unitsExperience in Product Marketing, Marketing Management, Product Management, Business/Marketing Intelligence or adjacent fields of expertise is a plusFluency in written and spoken English is required; German is a good plusAdditional Information
