Your Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle inquiries from German-speaking clients, providing fast, accurate, and professional assistance. You will support customers across multiple industries, solving problems, offering guidance, and ensuring satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
* Logging interactions accurately and updating the customer database
* Collaborating with international teams to ensure best practices
* Contributing to process improvements for enhanced customer experience
Requirements:
* Minimum of C1 German and B2 English proficiency
* Willingness to relocate to Greece as soon as possible
* Valid work permit for Greece (no visa sponsorship provided)
* Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus, but not mandatory
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
