⚙ Expanding further into Europe, the newest MVST chapter is a small developer & design team working closely with our Munich Studio. Immersed in Barcelona's world-class craft, visual arts, and architecture, this team brings the base for all the digital products we are currently building. Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle. Do user research, customer feedback, user testing, and usability findings to tailor your designs to the user in order to best solve their problems
Develop and prototype design solutions, not only to communicate ideas and concepts but to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes
Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration. You discuss different options, next steps and develop the design strategy together
A minimum of 2 years of experience designing at SaaS or consumer-focused tech or media companies
You know the in´s and out´s of the newest design tools (Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, etc.). But you also don't shy away from the older ones (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
Your great communication skills help you to set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts
You have a people-focused design mentality. Whether through hands-on user research or by designing options for an A/B test
Fluent English skills complete your profile
