About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR or recruiting administrative roles and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Adding, editing, and updating records within our core HRIS/HR tools to ensure accuracy and integrity of all personnel data.
* Preparing, issuing, and tracking standard documentation, including employment agreements and policy acknowledgments.
* Managing the initiation and tracking of HR compliance, for example new hire onboarding.
Requirements:
* Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Fluent German: native or fluent written and spoken.
* English: Fluent and professional written and spoken.
This role is responsible for owning the accuracy and integrity of all personnel data. A key part of this job involves adding, editing, and updating records within our core HRIS/HR tools. Regarding qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a strong educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. It would be beneficial if you had fluency in both German and English, as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
