YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the Strategic PMO in the development and maintenance of an Excel-based prototype tool for project portfolio management, with a focus on company-wide workforce planning
* Assist users in the practical application of the tool
* Contribute your own ideas to optimize and further develop a professional tool solution
* Collaborate closely with our Strategic and Operational PMO teams, all Engineering departments, and our Digitalization experts
* Help document portfolio management tools and the associated work processes
YOUR PROFILE:
* Ongoing studies in Management, Engineering, (Business) Informatics, or a related field
* Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
* Strong interest in project and portfolio management, with an affinity for structured processes, methodologies, and quality
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a good sense of people
* Confident use of Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills (e.g., Power Query, VBA) are a plus
* Good command of both German and English, spoken and written
