This senior role leads B2B internal and external communications for K4B and supports overall B2B communications for KAYAK. You will collaborate with global K4B leads across account management, marketing, supplier relations, product and business development, and report to our Chief Communications Officer. This role requires commuting to our Berlin office three times a week. Please submit your CV in English. Responsibilities Create and lead global and regional B2B communications programs in close coordination with teams across KAYAK. Build awareness around our B2B offerings by shaping stories that resonate with key stakeholders, including travel partners, clients and potential clients. Create and lead external thought leadership platforms for K4B, including content strategy for LinkedIn. Drive K4B media relations—pitch, maintain and develop strong media relationships with B2B media targets in key markets worldwide. Support events, conferences and speaking opportunities for K4B leaders and prepare them for media interviews. Maintain a steady cadence of internal communications efforts to ensure the internal team is engaged and informed about K4B efforts. Think strategically about K4B’s positioning and potential opportunities in a competitive travel space. Qualifications Degree in Communications, Journalism or a relevant area of study. Proven track record creating and managing B2B Communications programs. 10+ years of experience in B2B Communications. Experience building Comms programs in the US and EMEA markets (must‑have). Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate between multiple stakeholders across many locations worldwide. Tech/travel experience preferred; U.S. public company experience a plus (KAYAK is owned by Booking Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG)).
