With platforms like the Political Tech Summit and Political Communication Summit, a fast-growing community, and new subscription and learning products, we are creating actionable intelligence and unique access.
We are hiring a MarCom Lead to build and scale our growth engine.
The Role
This is a hands-on growth leadership role at the intersection of marketing, product, and revenue.
You will design and run Partisan’s end-to-end marketing system—turning content, events, and community into scalable growth and recurring revenue.
Your Core Challenges
* Design an overall MarCom strategy
* Core Modules
-Political Tech Summit & Political Communication Summit
(Standardise and automate event growth and monetisation—AI-driven lead gen, CRM, ticketing, partner pipelines, post-event conversion)
-Community Growth ( 10,000 in 2026)→
(Create compounding growth loops (content, referrals, partnerships, AI-driven onboarding))
-GTM: Digital Masterclasses
(Build a repeatable launch engine (positioning, pricing, funnels) that consistently fills cohorts and drives revenue)
-GTM: Subscription Model
(Define ICPs and packaging and convert audiences into recurring subscribers)
* Marketing Systems & Automation
* Build an AI-native, data-driven marketing infrastructure that scales.
What You Bring
* 5–10+ years in growth / marketing / product marketing
* Proven ability to build funnels and monetisation systems
* Experience with subscriptions, communities, or events
* Strong data + automation mindset
* Hands-on, builder mentality
* Bonus: exposure to politics, media, or public affairs

* Predictable, high-converting funnels for events and masterclasses
* Summits operating as repeatable, profitable growth engines
* Growing subscription revenue and retention
* Community scaled to 10,000+ high-quality members
* Fully implemented AI-enabled marketing system
Compensation
* Competitive startup salary (depending on experience)
