As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes by establishing and maintaining a robust Project Quality Management System (PQMS). Your key responsibilities will include:
* Representing the customer's interest in quality matters and ensuring contractors, suppliers, and partners comply with contractual, regulatory, and industry quality requirements.
* Developing, implementing, and overseeing the PQMS to ensure consistent application of quality standards throughout project lifecycle phases.
* Reviewing, approving, and managing quality documentation, including Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and related records to guarantee completeness, accuracy, and traceability.
* Conducting audits, inspections, and surveillance of contractors and suppliers to verify compliance with approved standards, specifications, and quality management systems.
* Identifying, documenting, and managing non-conformances, driving timely resolution in line with contract terms while preventing recurrence.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, construction management, or a relevant discipline. Additionally, you should possess 3-5 years of professional experience in quality management oversight of large-scale or multiple mid-sized solar projects, proficiency in quality management tools, auditing techniques, and reporting methods, as well as recognized quality certifications.
