Specialist Shipping (f/m/d)
To support our shipping team we are searching for a Specialist (m/f/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Independent management and monitoring of outbound shipments and associated administrative tasks
2. Coordination of shipping activities with carriers, warehouse, and internal departments
3. Creation and processing of shipping documents and corresponding labels
4. Ensuring on-time deliveries while complying with all relevant regulations and requirements
5. Participation in logistics projects aimed at process optimization
6. Maintenance and analysis of shipping KPIs
7. Cross-departmental collaboration
WHO YOU ARE
8. Solid professional experience in logistics or alternatively a completed apprenticeship or university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics
9. Initial experience in team leadership is a plus
10. Experience in project work is an advantage
11. Strong written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
12. Assertive and communicative personality with diplomatic skills
13. Independent, structured, and reliable working style with strong organizational abilities
14. Confident handling of tools such as Jira (ticket & task management), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
15. Knowledge of customs procedures and export processing
16. Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shift) and on Saturdays
