Tasks
* Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI
* Build new features and endpoints in close collaboration with our product and design teams
* Help scale our backend services and infrastructure, including managing tasks and jobs
* Work closely with our AI/ML engineer to integrate ML models and our LLM pipeline into production
* Design and implement robust data models in our Postgres database
* Contribute to our CI/CD pipeline for automated testing and deployment
* Implement monitoring and observability systems to keep an eye on the performance and accuracy of our backend and AI components
Requirements
* Solid professional experience in backend development with Python, ideally using FastAPI
* Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases, including data modeling and performance optimization
* Experience integrating ML models or LLM-based applications into production environments
* Hands-on experience building and maintaining testing suites
* Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (like AWS or GCP), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD principles
* A collaborative mindset, initiative, and motivation to work in a dynamic startup environment
Bonus Points
* Experience with Supabase
* Experience creating services for mobile front-end frameworks such as Flutter
* Knowledge of MLOps principles and tools
