How you’ll make an impact Lead process improvements: Identify and analyze change requests and recommend enhancements that align with business goals. Collaborate globally: Work with internal stakeholders and SAP experts to ensure smooth integration of processes across our ERP system. Support transformation: Contribute to process design, testing, and change management initiatives. Build networks: Engage with SAP Key Users to share knowledge and best practices. Drive Make-to-Order (MTO) excellence: Focus on setting up new organizational structures and standardizing Sales Order (SO) and Purchase Order (PO) processes across regions. Your background A degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 5 years of experience in business process management, ideally in a global ERP environment. Strong knowledge of SAP systems and business processes (no development required). A strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
