Your Prospective Job
For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Supply Officer (m/f/d) for Aircraft On Ground in Hamburg.
Your Responsibilities
* Managing the flow of materials to Airbus
* Search for solutions to solve the AOG (Aircraft on ground) situation
* Ensure the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and develop creative ideas to meet urgent needs
* Communicating demands to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
* Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes
* Monitoring the performance of the Supply Chain in day-to-day business
* Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order
* Part of the on-call service
Your Profile
* Completed studies in Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics or comparable
* Professional experience in Materials Procurement / Planning, Supply Chain / Logistics and Customer Service
* Skills in the use of SAP
* User skills in Google Workspace advantageous
* Fluent English and good French / Spanish skills spoken and written
* German skills are a plus
