As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative and client services support to a team of relationship managers within the Private Banking department.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring that identification and KYC information in client files meet current regulatory requirements;
* Maintaining the completeness of client files to facilitate rapid and smooth periodic account reviews;
* Organizing and maintaining the customer information system database, including data quality input verification, client updates, and data input validation;
* Following up on missing documents and obtaining any required information from internal or external sources;
* Scanning, archiving, and filing KYC documentation as needed;
* Sourcing, verifying, and transmitting documents to ensure efficient account opening processes;
* Supporting relationship managers in preparing client meetings and tracking follow-up activities;
* Providing administrative assistance to clients and other departments within the bank;
* Participating in global and transversal projects related to the function.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Pursuing university studies in economics, finance, or equivalent fields;
* Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills;
* Good understanding of current regulatory requirements (FATCA, CRS, AML…);
* Fluency in English and French, with additional languages being an asset.
