About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our Finance Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is fluent in English and has excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting senior management, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, and contributing to departmental efficiency;
Handling administrative duties: drafting and proofreading correspondence, preparing presentations, reports and memoranda, organising travel arrangements, managing billing processes, scheduling, calendar coordination, and arranging meetings and conference calls;
Preparing and overseeing weekly and monthly reporting;
Supporting departmental initiatives, including tracking follow-up actions and ensuring deadlines are met;
Assisting with senior management meetings, attending and drafting minutes, and following up on agreed actions;
Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming environment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
* An education in an assistant-oriented field (e.g. Graduate degree or equivalent)
* Previous relevant experience is considered an asset;
* Excellent command of MS Office applications;
* Fluency in both English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage;
* A strong sense of responsibility with a proactive mindset;
* The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
