Your Role
As Director Technical Perfumery (m/f/d) you lead our team of technical Perfumers in Fragrance globally. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing formula reworks, raw material harmonization and elimination alongside your team as well as supervising the team in their activities of formula reworks, provide raw material and perfumery expertise, best practices and advice to ensure smooth progress and continous building of knowledge and expertise.
This position is a fulltime role to be located in our global headquarter in Holzminden, Germany.
* Professional and Academic Excellence: Enabling perfumers to deliver in-time and on-quality execution of Palette Management Projects.
* Compliance & Standards: Guarantee adherence to regulatory and compliance standards as well as internal evaluation practices.
* Operational Efficiency: Efficient deployment of technical perfumers on the required projects.
* HR Management: Recruit, onboard, and develop qualified perfumers
* Global Representation: Promote Symrise's technical perfumers within professional communities.
Your Profile
* Education: Master's degree or equivalent; background in Perfumery, Chemistry, Education, or related field
* Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in the fragrance industry
* Skills:
