Your role at SEEBURGER:
As Global Head of Product Management, you play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of SEEBURGER AG’s products. You drive the future of our products and the further development of our market position and report directly to our Executive Board.
Your responsibilities
* Development and implementation of the global product strategy in close collaboration with the Executive Board, Development, Consulting, Sales, and Marketing
* Leadership and further development of a team of product managers as well as management of business topics in the agile organization
* Conducting market, customer, and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities and trends
* Managing the entire product lifecycle – from idea and development to launch and ongoing operations
* Building and maintaining relationships with strategic customer groups and partners to continuously improve products
* Responsibility for business cases, pricing strategies, and product positioning
* Establishment and further development of global product management and good practices in this area
Your profile
* Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering, or a related field, or a comparable qualification
* Long-standing experience in international product management, ideally in the field of integration solutions
* Several years of leadership experience in a global role with responsibility for a product or, ideally, a product portfolio
* Experience with complex software products and strong market knowledge in the B2B and cloud environment
* Technical understanding of integration solutions (EDI, MFT, APIs) as well as digital business processes
* Experience working with agile development methods and cross-functional teams
* Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
* Strong communication skills, confident presentation, and negotiation skills at C-level
* Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
* Willingness to travel internationally
