Job Opportunity: Corporate Administration Executive
* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the corporate administration for domiciled companies.
* The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of applicable laws and relevant articles in relation to corporate secretarial services.
* Key responsibilities include preparing legal documentation, updating registers, and tracking documents.
* The successful candidate will also be responsible for organizing board / shareholders' meetings and drafting related documentation.
* Liaison with banks, administrations, notary, ministry of foreign affairs is also a key aspect of this role.
* Additionally, the candidate will manage a team of junior officers reviewing basic documentation and controlling follow-up actions.
Required skills:
* A degree in business administration, economics, law or finance is required.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a trust company in Luxembourg in a similar position is preferred.
* A good understanding of the Luxembourg corporate industry is essential.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
