The role sits within a dynamic tax team advising an international client base on a broad range of Luxembourg and cross-border tax matters.
Role overview :
Work on a broad range of tax advisory matters, both domestic and international
Involved in cross-border structuring and corporate reorganisations
Provide ongoing tax advisory support to a diverse client base
Contribute to transactional tax aspects of various deals and projects
Work closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex matters
Gradually take ownership of files with increasing autonomy
Gain strong technical exposure in a stable and structured team environment
Your profile :
2 to 4 years of experience in Tax Law
A Master's degree in Law is
mandatory
Background in a law firm is highly appreciated
Big Four experience is welcome, provided it is combined with a strong academic legal background
Solid understanding of Luxembourg and international tax frameworks
Fluent in English (French and/or xniyctf German is an asset)
Proactive, structured, and client-oriented mindset
