Your areas of responsibilities:
* Develop and lead the execution of the APAC strategy in close collaboration with VP International Sales.
* Manage strategic global partners by providing hands on guidance and support to meet brand and commercial expectations.
* Implement category offense strategies and expand into new distribution channels.
* Continuously evaluate the performance of key macro markets, players and channels and lead follow up actions.
* Formulate sales forecast, budgets and targets on a timely manner.
* Develop bi-weekly business update and monthly market and competitor intelligence reports.
* Partner up with the wider cross functional teams to achieve KPI’s.
Your profile of qualification:
* Successfully completed a university degree in Business Administration or similar, preferably MBA degree.
* +10 years international work experience preferably in the fashion and premium goods industries.
* Proven track record of business operation in the APAC region.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in English (Asian language is a plus).
* Willingness to travel (up to 40%).
