RESPONSIBILITIES
In our unit, we are responsible for the proper customs clearance of ordered raw materials, merchandise and technical goods.
1. You supervise the delivery and clearance of import shipments from non-EU countries into free circulation for all modes of transport.
2. In addition to checking customs invoices and tax assessments from external service providers, you will also communicate with internal business units, suppliers, dispatcher and warehouse employees.
3. You prepare all customs-relevant documents and support internal and external audits.
4. Furthermore, you give Customs advice and support the divisions and group companies.
QUALIFICATIONS
5. vocational training
6. first professional experience in the areas of foreign trade as well as import and export
7. standard IT applications and initial SAP knowledge
8. User knowledge of SAP GTS
9. fluent oral and written communication in German and English
