For our partner company based in Calw, we are looking for an Application Manager Operations Control Systems (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
As the technical backbone of the integrated control center, you will ensure the high availability of the critical IT infrastructure and take over the technical administration of the special software ISE COBRA 4. You will be responsible for managing system updates and external service providers and drive the technical development of the system landscape in close cooperation with the fire and rescue services.

Your tasks
6. Holistic administration of the operations control system as well as coordination and monitoring of the associated IT processes
7. Ensuring the functionality and ongoing support of the IT infrastructure within the integrated control center
8. Acting as the central point of contact for the ISE COBRA 4 specialist software for technical and specialist issues
9. Responsibility for fault management, managing external service providers, data maintenance and carrying out system updates
10. Cooperation with the fire department, rescue service and emergency services for the further technical development of the system landscape
Your profile
11. Experience in the operational environment of fire departments, rescue services or comparable aid organizations
12. In-depth understanding of the operational procedures and processes of an integrated control center (ILS)
13. Specific application knowledge of control center software, ideally experience with ISE COBRA 4
14. Strong IT affinity and the motivation to familiarize yourself with the complex IT architecture of the control center
15. Analytical way of thinking combined with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
