**Leadership Opportunity for Sales Excellence in Oncology**
We are seeking a charismatic leader with a proven track record in managing sales teams on a national level. This role will involve leading oncology or specialty sales forces and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to drive business success.
* Main task is leadership of the GER sales team to fully leverage the best-in-class product Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score in breast centers and key accounts across Germany.
* The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing a national sales strategy, implementing and optimizing KOL management and peer-to-peer education, and optimizing the existing account management system.
Key Account Managers will report to this role, and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, including attracting and retaining top talent, fostering a culture of high performance, and leading with integrity and humility.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with significant pharmaceutical or diagnostics sales team management experience, ideally within oncology or specialty business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling complex products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics and possess strong business acumen, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities will include effectively managing, supporting, and guiding the sales team, delegating tasks and responsibilities, assessing employee performance, and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
